EKUPHUMULENI GARDEN AND STUDIO RECYCLING: Due to the core attraction of this community, being selling of recycling, we supply cleaned recycling once a week, collected from our church, to the people working in the garden. We decided to supply recycling to them in a clean manner; unlike the recycling, they normally collect from the landfill site, adjacent to the informal settlement. CRAFTS We are currently assisting the garden team to get their skills development leg to become more sustainable. We assist them to exhibit their hand-made products (as mentioned above) at various markets as means to help them to become more self-sustainable.
